Privacy Policy for BatuOS Backup. Last updated: 11 October 2026. BatuOS Backup is a private tool used only by its owner, Batuhan Unal. It is not offered to other users. Data accessed: the app requests only the Google Drive scope drive.file, which lets it see and manage only the files and folders it creates itself. It cannot read any other files in the owner's Drive. How data is used: the app uploads backups of the owner's own BatuOS system to a folder in the owner's own Google Drive and reads them back to verify and restore them. Backups are encrypted on the owner's computer before upload. Sharing: no data is sold, shared with or transferred to any third party, and no data is used for advertising or for training AI models. Storage and deletion: backups stay in the owner's Google Drive; the owner can delete them at any time and can revoke the app's access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
